RCMAR Annual Meeting April 26-27, 2016

The theme for this year’s RCMAR Annual Investigators meeting is “reaching NIH diversity goals.” The meeting being held at the National Institutes of Health will bring together the latest findings in minority aging research. Through plenary presentations, conversations with experts, networking and workgroup meetings, attendees gain a wealth of new information and the infrastructure to support long-term mentoring relationships.

The conference includes a welcome reception on April 25, all meals on April 26 & breakfast & lunch on April 27. All meals are on-site, except the welcome reception which will take place at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, Atrium, located at One Bethesda Metro Center (7400 Wisconsin Ave), Bethesda, Maryland, USA, 20814. The Welcome Reception at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda on April 25th is scheduled to take place from 6:00 - 8:00 pm. Please rsvp for this event.

Dinner on April 26th will also take place offsite at the 4935 Bar and Kitchen, located at 4935 Cordell Avenue, Bethesda, MD 20814 (near the hotel) from 7-9pm. Vegetarian and Gluten free meal options are available upon request. Please rsvp for this event

FEES AND REGISTRATION
The cost to attend the meeting is $90 and includes the cost of the Welcome Reception at the Hyatt Bethesda on April 25th; all meals on April 26 including dinner at 4935 Bar and Kitchen on April 26th and breakfast and lunch on April 27. Note: All attendees must rsvp for the annual meeting and separately rsvp for the Welcome Reception and Dinner.
